I have the pleasure to work with and coach Jess in the last year. She was really a great team member and one of the best people I’ve ever worked with. She actively participates in all the team activities and is not afraid to take on new challenges. When she was assigned to design a new program for the team, she didn’t shy away but rather jumped on it immediately and achieved great success in as short as 3 months. She is a quick learner as well. She was still junior and didn’t have much experience with Agile when she first joined. But by the end of the year, she has learned a lot and is able to help improve our Agile practices. She also developed good understanding of tree-based models over a few months starting from scratch. She is also a great planner and demonstrated great attention to details. I can always trust her to deliver great results for any tasks she was assigned to. She often delivers above expectations on quality and speed. Overall, she is great and will be an asset on any team.
